Description:
Valkyrie (we call her Vala) is one of our cats. She's not yet a year old and is more compact than Firefly, her half brother. She is quite the cuddlebug, but only on her terms - if you wait for her chirped invitation to pick her up, the purrs are worth it! That artistic white blur in the forground is another cat (Firefly)...having already starred in his own set of photos, he decided to take a nap...in front of my camera >.< Technical: Very basic set up - Nikon D70 with an attachable flash, natural light, a dark blanket as a backdrop, a cat, and a /lot/of patience. Post processing was minor. |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
